Stateline, NV Day 2 - Items sold during the second day of the Lakeside Inn and Casino Online Auction include restaurant equipment, bar equipment, kitchen supplies, restaurant supplies, and hotel supplies. All assets will be sold to the highest bidders, without reserves or minimums. Bidding is open to the public. Auction Terms & Conditions 1. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAMINERS: a. All property is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" and we make no guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the property or correctness of the catalog or other description of authenticity of physical condition, size, quality or rarity of the property or otherwise. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such guarantee, warrantee, or representation. The auction catalog is merely a guide and all information, and condition of Lot, is to be verified by prospective buyer before bidding. b. Once an online auction ends, or the auctioneer says "sold" in a live sale, all sales are final. From that point on, buyer assumes all risk associated the Lot including removal and transportation. c. Neither the Bankruptcy Court, Trustee, nor Stremmel Auctions, are to be held liable against any claim, demand, liability or expense of any kind arising out of or related to the Lot or removal of said Lot. d. We reserve the right to pull lots at any time before or during the auction and/or cancel the sale at any moment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If the sale is canceled, neither the the Bankruptcy Court, Trustee, nor Stremmel Auctions, are to be held liable for any associated costs incurred by potential buyers. 2. PAYMENT: a. Cash, Credit Card, Wire Transfer and all pre-approved checks will be accepted. Payment is due within 48 hours after the conclusion of the auction, unless otherwise agreed upon with a representative from Stremmel Auctions. After 48 hours, Stremmel Auctions has the discretion to charge the credit card of the buyer collected through registration. b. 10% buyer's premium will be added to all lots if paid by cash, check or wire transfer. 13% buyer's premium will be added if paid by credit card. c. Unless buyer is exempt, 7.10% Douglas County Sales Tax will be applied. d. Any fees associated with title work will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. 3. REMOVAL: a. Buyer has fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the auction to remove the Lot in its entirety from the location. Removal is by appointment only. If the assets are not removed in that time period, Stremmel Auctions may utilize a third-party source to remove, transport and store said Lot at buyer's expense. Buyer is responsible for removal and all associated costs with said removal and transportation including any third-party damages that come as a result of the process. Payment Terms
All payment will go through Stremmel Auction's secured payment system. The buyers premium will be 13% if paying with a credit or debit card, and a 3% discount if paying by cash, check or wire transfer, resulting in a 10% buyers premium. Douglas County tax at 7.10% will be applied to if pertinent.
