EMISSION TESTING NOTICE: Stremmel Auctions is exempt from providing emissions testing or inspections for motor vehicles pursuant to regulations adopted under NRS 445B.770 for motor vehicles sold at a consignment auction. Therefore, buyers who reside in an area where emissions testing or inspections are required will be responsible for obtaining their own emissions certificates prior to registering the vehicle. Any repairs necessary to bring the vehicle purchased into compliance is also the responsibility of the buyer. Phone bidders- Please understand that this is a courtesy service that we offer, and all phone calls are not guaranteed at times there may be too many phone bidders, and we may not be able to accommodate them, if you really want the item please use phone bidding as a back up to absentee bidding or being at the auction in person. In person bidders must pay for all items day of auction. All online bidders, must be pay for items within 48 hours of the auctions end. For all those bidding online, we have the right to charge credit cards on file at any time immediately after you have become the high bidder. Results shown online at the time of online closing are NOT realized prices. Subject to being out bid, so place the absolute maximum amount that you're willing to bid online. The increments will be determined by the Auctioneer at time of sale - whatever auctioneer deems appropriate at the time. Bidding at the auction is a Binding Contract for Purchase and winning bidder may be pursued in the event your funds are not available or no good. All payment methods are subject to change and the auctioneer reserves the right to request payment at any time throughout auction when purchases reach certain purchase level thresholds. A bidder number and registration with a valid driver's license or ID is required to bid and cash deposit might be required before bidding or at any time during the auction subject to the auctioneer's discretion.
